Charter Membership · 25 Seats

Now forming

More of the right jobs. Better money on the ones you already run.

TreeCare Alliance is one place to get real help growing your tree service. Not a course you finish and forget. A room you stay in, with the tools built for you and somebody who has actually done both sides of this.

Run by Bradley Benner. Twelve years in the tree care industry, plus the marketing, automation, and AI work for businesses exactly like yours. He built TreeCareHQ. He still answers his own messages.

01

Here is the actual problem

Most guys running a tree service want the same two things. More of the right jobs coming in, and better money on the jobs they already run. Lead generation and pricing. That is most of the game.

The trouble is that nobody teaches this to tree guys. You learn to climb, you learn to rig, you learn to run a crew safely. Nobody sits you down and shows you how to fill a schedule in February, or how to stop being the cheapest bid in your county, or how to quote a job without doing it at night after the kids go to bed.

So you end up buying leads from somebody who sold the same lead to three of your competitors. Or you hire an agency, pay them every month, and quietly wonder what you are paying for. That is renting somebody else's system. The day you stop paying, it all goes away.

The Alliance is the other option. You get the systems, and you keep them.

02

What a charter seat gets you

Three things, and they are deliberately the three things a course cannot give you.

01 / Tools

Software that is already built

Finished tools that bolt onto what you already run, whether that is ServiceTitan, Jobber, or Housecall Pro. Not a tutorial on building your own. They show up working, and they are included in your membership.

02 / Expertise

The part software cannot do

Pricing. Recurring service and maintenance plans. Sales scripts that work on a homeowner standing in their driveway. Hiring. The moves that took Bradley twelve years to learn, handed over directly.

03 / The room

Owners who are further along

Other tree service owners running the same problems you are, one or two steps ahead. You bring a real question, you get a real answer from someone who has already paid for the lesson.

03

Straight talk about what you are buying today

The Alliance is not open yet.

I am not going to dress that up. What you are buying today is a charter seat, and it does three things.

One. It locks your rate at $299 a month for as long as you stay a member. Everybody who joins after the charter group pays more.

Two. It puts you in the first group of 25. Small on purpose, because I am going to be in there myself answering questions, and that does not scale to five hundred people on day one.

Three. You are in the room the day it opens this fall.

Your card gets charged today and that covers your first month. If we do not open, you get every dollar back, no argument. If you get in and it is not for you, cancel and you stop paying. No contract, no cancellation fee, nobody calling to talk you out of it.

I am not promising you a number of jobs or a revenue figure. Anyone who does that is guessing. What I am promising is access to the tools, the room, and me.

Who this is for

A good fit if

  • You run a tree service doing real revenue, roughly one to eight people on the payroll
  • You are good at the tree work and you know the business side could run better
  • You would rather own the system than rent an agency forever
  • You will actually show up and ask questions

Not a fit if

  • You want somebody to do all of it for you and never think about it. That is TreeCareHQ, and it is a different service
  • You are looking for a guaranteed number of leads by a certain date
  • You want to learn to build the software yourself. We ship it finished instead
  • You are not in the contiguous United States

Questions people are asking

When does it actually open?

This fall. I am not putting a date on a page and then missing it, because that is the first promise I would ever make to you. Charter members get told first, and you are in the day it opens.

I already pay a marketing company. Does this replace them?

Maybe eventually, maybe never. Plenty of members will keep an agency and use the Alliance for the parts an agency does not touch, like pricing, maintenance plans, and hiring. If you decide you want it all done for you instead, TreeCareHQ does that and I will point you there honestly.

Do I have to be good with computers?

No. That is the whole point of shipping finished tools instead of teaching you to build them. If you can run a smartphone and a field service app, you can run what we hand you.

What if I join and it is not worth it?

Cancel. You stop paying. I would rather you leave than sit in a room you are not getting value from, because a room full of people who quietly checked out is worth nothing to the people who stayed.

Why only 25?

Because I am going to be in there personally, and a founding group has to be small enough that I can actually answer everyone. The number goes up later. The rate goes up with it.

What happens right after I pay?

You get a receipt and an email from me directly, not an autoresponder sequence. I will ask you what you are working on and what you want fixed first, and the answers shape what gets built before we open.

Either one is a fine answer. The only bad one is doing nothing and paying for the same problems next season.
